FESPAD

FESPAD Rwanda is a Pan African Dance Festival celebrating dance and the arts and promoting peace and unity on the African continent.

FESPAD is, further, a biennale to show cultural values of traditional dances everywhere. And it is an occasion to prove that culture is one way of development in Africa.
