SA: DJ Stokie and Darque to play Ballantine’s party in Mbombela

The tour highlights the authentic sounds of various cities and celebrates the country’s love for electronic genres such as Afro-tech, amapiano and deep house.

“The tour has been a true embodiment of There’s No Wrong Way, simply from witnessing the unique taste of different cities when it comes to music and the groove scene,” Ballantine’s brand ambassador Mpho Jasone told Music In Africa.

“We’ve managed to celebrate the uniqueness of every city and I have to say that I might not be ready to wrap up what has been a beautiful journey around the country of encouraging individuals to embrace their truest self.”

The tour has already gone to Pretoria, Durban, Bloemfontein, Paarl, Port Elizabeth and Polokwane, with DJs Shimza, Da Capo and Darque as the headliners.

Artists who have shared the decks with the three acts include Kat la Kat, Desiree, Trancemicsoul, DJ Drega, Dlala Thukzin, Que, Lelowhatsgood, Fiflaaa, Deniece Marz, Kmat_DJ, LeGoody and Q-Scotch.
