Sun-El Musician teases new album with release of two singles

‘Makwande’ and ‘Rata’ are available for streaming and download on various major digital platforms. The two songs follow the incredible success of his album To The World And Beyond released at the height of COVID-19 lockdown, offering comfort to many electronic music fans.

The singles are an early taste of Sun-EL Musician’s upcoming project where the award winning producer will continue his hot streak from African Electronic Dance Music (AEDM) released December 2021.

‘Makwande’ features the voice of Afro-pop sensation Ami Faku and South African house producer Fka Mash in a beautifully blended open-hearted dance track. This is not the first collaboration between Ami Faku and Sun-EL Musician with the two having worked together in the standout ‘Into Ingawe’, a seminal track for both of their careers that has amassed millions of streams across DSPs and weeks of radio charting.

‘Rata’ is a melodic hypnotic chant set over Sun-EL Musician’s signature brand of Afro-house, which fans have been experiencing during his recent summer performances locally and abroad. The release is just a small dose for fans of Sun-EL Musician’s cosmic house, just in time to become a dance floor anthem for the upcoming end of year party season.
