Call for submissions: WatsUp TV Africa Music Video Awards
WatsUp TV has made a call for artists to send in entries for the 2017 edition of the WatsUp Africa Music Video Awards.
- DJ Arafat is a winner of a WatsUp Africa Music Video Award.
The awards ceremony, according to a statement by the pan-African TV show, “creates the best opportunity to judge African Music Videos from various Anglophone and Francophone countries, thereby bridging the gap between the music industries in Africa”.
Last year the award ceremony took place in Accra, Ghana. Such acts as Mr Eazi, DJ Arafat and Diamond Platnumz were among the winners.
For 2017, the window for submitting entries will close on 1 October. To apply, visit the official WatsUp Africa Music Video website here. Work in the following categories will be considered:
