Zim Hip Hop Awards 2023: All the nominees
The nominees of Zim Hip Hop Awards 2023 have been announced ahead of the gala ceremony at 7 Arts Theatre in Avondale, Harare, on 15 December.
Bling4, R. Peels, Holy Ten, Bagga, SaintFloew, Mlue Jay and Kayflow will battle for the Best Male award while Noluntu J, Young Gemini, Brucella, Millz Million, Banshee and Natasha Muz will compete for top honours in the Best Female category. The Best Newcomer award is being contested by Bling4, VirusZW, Bagga, Kayflow, OCD, Dingo Duke and Brucella.
“This year’s edition will be special and different, as the genre celebrates 50 years,” awards organiser Aldrian Beefy Harrison told Music In Africa. “We are going to give people a five-star show and we have an amazing line-up of acts. The brand has grown over the years and this is a reflection of the quality of our work and productions.”
