Atchaar Rsa

Atchaar was born Siyabonga Nkosi in Mpumalanga, on the dusty streets of NHLAZATSHE next to Badplaas. He grew up in Lochiel but moved to Nhlazatshe on 2010.

Atchaar began his spoken word endeavours with he's friend back in primary, In 2013 he and his friends formed a hip hop crew called Pro League, which wasn't discovered or signed so he chose to continue as an Individual and pursued a full-time career as a musician. He refined his rapping skills and met an unknown rapper named KaySbo, producing numerous lesser known songs along the way. He completed his first track and performed on MIKES SESSION (1st performance) where he got position 2.

In 2014 he followed victory in talent show at that high school which led him to meet Dark prince who got inspired on his passion for music and worked on some few singles with him.

In 2015 he was pushing singles and making collaborations with some of the unknown artists around Mpumalanga. His quest to stardom was further buoyed by participating on the "FINDING NOMUSA" (by WITNESS THE FUNK) which eventually introduced him to provincial audience and went on to perform at The Royal house of the President of South Africa (NKANDLA) and among other major festivals.

In 2016 he Recorded AWJIVE (with UBHUT), NKHOSI and LIGHTS (Remix by KWESTA) which gave him so much recognition on the Hip-Hop game and that gave him a chance to share the stage with the multi award winner of Swaziland (MR KANGAROO). He recorded his E.P and dropped it under no company but managed to sell so many copies on the streets of Mpumalanga. He's hard work opened doors for him because he was asked for an interview on LIGWA FM with Dj Style and Dj Ace SA (hosted by Slow T). From there he started attending local radio stations trying to push that EP which got him to participate on GERT SIBANDE EXTRAVAGANZA where he got a chance to share a stage with the likes of Mpumi, Busiswa, Dj Sbu, Moozlie just to mention few.

In 2017 He was recognized by one of the biggest radio stations in South Africa "LIGWALAGWALA FM" where He had an interview with Fortune Ntekati on Hip hop culture. He was invited to Soweto to perform at the ceremony "Fighting for our land" where he got the chance to perform for The President of South Africa for the 2nd time.

He went as a guest artist to Takheni Secondary School and gave out motivations to the students chasing their dreams like him. He participated on the "60 seconds of fame" on Ligwalagwala FM with 900,000+ listeners which couldn't be judged, and then he was invited to the studio for a Cypher in which he became the 1st Rapper to handle the show alone, With Fortune Ntekati & Tox.
