The grant is for international musical collaboration projects and is worth €1 200 ($1 350). Goethe-Institut will not cover other expenses.
"In reaction to the resulting changes in working conditions in the music scene, Goethe-Institut has created this virtual residency programme to maintain and reinforce international exchange and collaboration," the cultural organisation said.
