Call for submissions: Vector’s #ShowYourFlex challenge

The contest, held in partnership with streaming platform Audiomack, invites up-and-coming musicians to render an original verse to Vector’s latest single ‘Big Flexa’. It follows similar initiatives like Adekunle Gold’s #My5StarStory challenge.

The top three winning acts will be announced on 31 July. They will receive a $100 gift card toward music studio gear, as well as a promotional package from Audiomack, including a Top 20 trending spot, an editorial playlist addition and a push notification to millions of listeners on the Audiomack app. They will also receive exclusive TESLIM merch from Vector.

How to Enter

To enter, interested participants must:

• Follow @vectorthaviper and @audiomackafrica.
• Download the Open Verse version here.
• Record their best verse and upload it to their Audiomack account with the title: ([Artist Name] #ShowYourFlex).
• Record a video of themselves performing the verse and upload it on Instagram with the hashtag #ShowYourFlex.

Note: 

• Submissions must be uploaded onto Audiomack to be considered.
• Open Verse Challenge submissions are not eligible for monetisation for those accounts enrolled in the Audiomack Monetisation Programme.

The deadline for applications is 28 July.
