South Africa’s DJ Kill3r-K to perform at South Korea’s Zandari Fest
Kill3r-K, a South African DJ, producer and live electronic artist, is set to make a debut performance at the Zandari Music Festival in Seoul, South Korea on Sunday, 2 October.
Kill3r-K, whose real name is Kerwin Feldman, will be performing at Club FF with his live electronic bass house act representing underground South African electronic dance music.
He recently dropped an EP titled Terrace. It is available on iTunes, and reached number 25 on the Juno Download UK Garage Bestsellers Chart. Some of his music have also been played on 5FM & Rinse FM in London, in the U.K.
Hailing from Port Elizabeth, South Africa, Kill3r-K first encountered the art of mixing music in his teens while living up in Johannesburg. He draws his draws his musical inspiration from artists such as Ryan Murgatroyd, Pete Rock, J Dilla, Deadmau5, Skream and Benga.
Founded in 2012, Zandari Fest is one of the largest music showcase carnival and quickly established itself as South Korea’s largest festival.
The annual event takes place in Seoul’s Hongdae area, the epicenter of youth culture in South Korea and ground zero for the country’s indie music scene. For three days each October, Zandari Festa brings together acts and music industry professionals from around the world for concerts and conferences at more than 20 unique venues around Hongdae.
