South African Traditional Music Awards 2023: All the winners
The winners of the 2023 edition of the South African Traditional Music Awards (SATMAs) were announced at Durban International Convention Centre on 15 December.
The awards, which were held in partnership with the Department of Art and Culture and the South African Broadcasting Corporation, featured 27 categories, with Inkabi Zezwe emerging tops in the Most Voted Song of the Year category. The Best Traditional Music SABC Radio Presenter of Year award went to iKwekwezi FM’s Mawaza Kabini, while King Nuba was crowned the Best Traditional Social Media Influencer award.
