Win double tickets to A Re Iketleng gig in Joburg!
Music In Africa, in partnership with Akum Agency, is giving away three double tickets to the A Re Iketleng concert at Mangrove in Johannesburg, South Africa, on 30 April.
The concert will feature Pilani Bubu and Muneyi alongside DJs Mamthug and Wenawedwa. A Re Iketleng is a concert series aimed at revitalising South Africa’s urban music scene. The concerts are designed to provide new and established artists with the opportunity to generate exposure for their work and network with creatives from other artistic disciplines.
How to enter
To stand a chance to win, all you have to do is answer the question below:
- Name one artist who will be performing at the A Re Iketleng concert on 30 April?
Submit your answer to competitions@musicinafrica.net with ‘A Re Iketleng’ in the subject line of the email along with the following personal details:
- First name
- Last Name
- Phone number
- Country
- ID/passport number (this information will be kept confidential)
The competition runs from 22 to 28 April at 12pm. The winners will be contacted on Friday 29 April.

Competition rules
- The competition runs from 22 to 28 April at 12pm.
- You can only enter the competition once; multiple entries will be disqualified.
- To be eligible you have to complete all the required fields. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
- A winner will receive no more than two (2) tickets.
- The Music In Africa Foundation shall only offer the said tickets. Winners will have to provide their own transport to and from the event, arrange for their own accommodation and any other relevant expenses.
- For entrants outside of South Africa, this competition is only open to holders of a valid passport.
- Prizes are not transferable and are not negotiable.
- No prize shall be exchangeable for money.
- No employee or board member of the Music In Africa Foundation, members of their immediate family or employees of partner organisations may enter.
- If a winner is unable to take up a prize for any reason, or if the Music In Africa Foundation has not been able to contact the winner after making reasonable efforts, the Music In Africa Foundation reserves the right to award that prize (without notice to the first winner chosen) to an alternative winner, in which case the first winner chosen shall not be eligible for any share of the prize whatsoever. The Music In Africa Foundation shall not be liable in such eventuality.
- Automated entries, bulk entries or third-party entries will be disqualified.
- Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
