Call for applications: Africa No Filter project grants
Africa No Filter (ANF) is inviting individuals and organisations in the African and the diaspora creative sector to apply for project support grants.
ANF is a donor collaborative funded by the Ford Foundation, Bloomberg, the Andrew W Mellon Foundation, Luminate, the Open Society Foundation, Comic Relief and the Hilton Foundation. Its goal over time is to leave an empowered ecosystem and an informed community of storytellers who work more deliberately to change harmful narratives about Africa.
The proposed projects should support the development of nuanced stories that shift existing, stereotypical narratives about Africa through research, grant making and advocacy.
ANF will offer grants of up to $10 000 for individuals and $25 000 for organisations.
Eligibility
The ANF funds creative projects in film, theatre, performing arts, comedy and media.
Requirements
