DJ Mighty Virus

Mighty Virus is a multi-genre DJ, turntablist, and musician from Malawi. He is recognised as one of the most diverse and technically skilled artists.

Mighty Virus spins everything from trap, house, funk, hip hop, dance music, including bass-heavy remixes of the club, soulful dubstep, funky house, or an open format.

His fast-paced mixing style, expert scratching skills, and energetic stage presence have made him one of Malawi's most in-demand DJs and fast-growing reggae dancehall artists.

In addition to being a Malawi's-fastest- DJ, Mighty Virus became the first DJ in Malawi to fundraise money for over 50 needy students at the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences - MUBAS.

From underground massives to high profile events, Mighty Virus has performed at Sand Music Festival 2021, Summer CtuiseShip 2021, and Lilongwe Fest 2021 and Shandie Launch By Castle.

He has also shared the stage alongside world-class artists such as Gramps Morgan, Fire Boy DML, Joe Boy, Makhadzi, Levixone and Lucius Banda, among others.
