Call for applications: Arab Media Lab project manager in Morocco
Moroccan independent media art collective Arab Media Lab (AML) is seeking a self-driven projects manager with strong experience in managing projects that involve multiple local and international partners.

AML uses audiovisual creations and creative cinema to develop content to promote a positive image of Morocco and the Arab world. This is done using different interdisciplinary forms: media art, alternative cinema, creative documentary, digital film and video, short films, music video, multimedia performances, video installations, digital mapping, net art and workshops.
It also implements a wide range of art projects including, but not limited to, the Digital Marrakech international festival and the Media Art Morocco workshops series and masterclasses.
Skills and requirements
Interested applicants should:
- Be able to fundraise for projects in Morocco and/or abroad.
- Have the ability to utilise the talent and expertise of team members to achieve objectives.
- Be fluent in English and Arabic.
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Plan and manage the implementation of AML’s projects on the ground.
- Contribute to securing funding for AML’s projects.
- Ensure detailed project planning and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan.
- Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan.
- Define project budgets.
- Ensure coordination between all project execution partners.
- Provide status reports.
- Draft progress and evaluation reports to the board and donors.
- Build on relationships with existing local and international donors and partners.
- Network to further develop the local and regional network of partners.
