YA Tatchi
Bio
The musician YA TATCHI was born Patrick Renaud Tatih in Pointe-Noire, the economic capital of the Republic of Congo (Brazzaville). He is also called Muan Ndjindji, meaning Child of Pointe-Noire in his native language, Vili.
YA TATCHI is the first trumpet player of his native country who has established himself on an international level as a leader and has taken his initiative on tour after tour.
Apart from his career as a musician, YA TATCHI leads a cultural organization in Pointe-Noire which stages the well-known yearly “la Fête à Ndjindji” musical festival which he has created and organises.
