Other Mother is a music company started with the aim of unearthing undiscovered bands and artists within the South African music industry. They are a boutique label that is looking to nurture talent that they feel is unique and interesting.

The label tailor-makes deals (recording, publishing, merchandising, production and podcasting) to suit artist's individual needs and requirements. They understand that each artist or band requires their own specialized type of attention, be it in the recording and production of an album/single/demo, the publishing and administration of their music, or the production and design of their merchandise.

Their extensive experience in business, production, recording and touring has been synergized, enabling creative and innovative approaches to the various branches of the music industry. Other Mother are involved with artists in all genres, but their focus is on quality artists who possess something a little different to the rest.
