BIO

Bio:Sean Kamati better known by his stage name "Sean K’ is no stranger to the local/ Namibian Music scene.
Although he has only recently of late become a household name, Sean K has been making strides in the local R&B, Jazz and Live Music over the past few years.
He made his musical debut being the very first amateur singer on the Song Night stage in early 2011 it was there where the passion for music grew. Not long thereafter Sean K was already performing along RumNams ,Lize Ehlers and the amazing Jimmy Dludlu on the Windhoek Jazz Festival stage in 2011.

2012 saw Sean K release his very first single “Smiling” which received critical acclaim and nomination for “Best single, non Album” at the Namibian Annual Music Awards.
Gaining experience through various performances and collaborations brought about the beginning of work on Sean K’s debut album in early 2015. He has graced the stage of Namibia’s rock festival, “Namrock” multiple times and held his own as a solo act on the Windhoek Jazz Festival stage in 2015 alongside the like of jazz musician Jonathan Butler. 
November 29 2017 saw Sean K opening for Grammy Award winning artist, Joss Stone, on her Namibian leg of her World Tour. 2019 started of big with Sean K headlining his very first concert at the Warehouse Theatre Windhoek and in the same week opening up for South aAfrican singer, Lira
