Simi

Born in Lagos, Nigeria, Simi (real name Simisola Ogunleye) is a singer and songwriter. She penned her first song at age 10 and was singing and dancing in the church choir as a teenager. In 2008, she released her first album. The album found modest success.

Five years later, Simi signed with Oscar Music Production and thus began a new artistic journey for Simi as together with Oscar Herman-Ackah a new path was charted. She got signed to X3M Music label and has since released successful singles ‘Tiff’, ‘Jamb Question’ and others.
