Iganze Gakondo Group

Iganze Gakondo Group is a band from Rwanda.

The band consists of nine members who are making traditional music in using traditional instruments; the harp, the drums, the shakers, and the piano and guitar. Its members teach people to use traditional musical instruments, and teach others who want to sing and dance in a traditional way.

We do various concerts at festivals (Kigali City Festival: 1st edition, Ubumuntu Festival), weddings, anniversaries and much more. We do all this with the aim of exhibiting our Rwandan culture (Made in Rwanda). We also promoted the talents of young people who didn't have the resources to make their songs in different music houses. We use technology to showcase our activities or art (YouTube channel, twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
