Heavyboyz is an independent tribal house music group from Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa.

Using musical elements that originate deep within the roots of Africa, they have been developing their sound over the past 10 years.

As the leading innovator within the continent, HeavyBoyz provides a front row seat to the new wave of tribal music being created within the continent.

Several platforms, including Spotify's GROOVE DEALERS playlist, which was created by M-A-S-H, have seen the fruits of their labor.

Despite maintaining our tribalistic sound, Heavyboyz are able to cross over into different genres including house, amapiano, and electro.
