Manqoba Owen Kwela is a driven music industry professional with years of experience in artist management, and digital strategy. He began his journey in 2019, gaining hands-on experience at this own company BlackStone Management (PTY) LTD, a company dedicated to providing comprehensive artist management services. His work spans various roles, from managing artists like Sbahle C to connecting up-and-coming talents like Aidah with major Amapiano figures like De Mthuda. Passionate about artist development, Manqoba has a deep understanding of the music business, including publishing, A&R, and financial strategy for musicians.

Manqoba gained valuable insights into artist management, contracts, and team-building through the KZN United Music Industry Association (KUMISA) music management masterclass, further strengthening his strategic approach to artist development. He is also involved in content creation, producing video and social media content to grow artist brands. Manqoba continues to expand his expertise, participating in the Music Business Bootcamp by Music Business Lab.
