Before founding Beam for Music, Thomas held key positions at various companies in the music industry. From 2019 to 2022, he was a Tracking Manager at Universal Music Publishing Group, where he oversaw international tracking of original catalogs and managed music usage rights across multiple platforms, working with organizations like SACEM. He also resolved copyright disputes and provided strategic forecasts for new artistic projects.

Between 2016 and 2020, he founded and managed In The Box Records, a label specializing in electronic music, where he launched several vinyl and digital releases while organizing music events across Europe. Thomas also signed and promoted international artists, overseeing their management and tour planning.

From 2015 to 2019, he was a Tracker & Project Manager at 22D Music Group, where he coordinated the tracking of phonographic rights, and the launch of physical and digital productions, and managed the logistics processes for music releases.

Earlier in his career, he held roles in digital marketing at Universal Music Group and label relations management at Mixcloud in London, focusing on developing strategic partnerships and optimizing content promotion.
