Boniface Buranga

Boniface Buranga (born 12 June 1989) is a Rwandan gospel artist born to Protais Bunyenzi and Beatrice Mukayiranga. He is the first born in a family of three children. His passion for music began when he was in high school where he was a member and leader of a church choir.

He released his debut song in 2009 after completing high shoo. He continued to grow up as an artist. Some of the songs he has released include: ‘Nta Wundi’, ‘Icyivugo cy’Ubutwari’, ‘Tera Intambwe’, ‘Ndanyuzwe’, ‘Bimbwire’, ‘Rukuruzi’, ‘Nyerurira’ and many others. In 2010, he was voted the Best Artist at the National University of Rwanda.

Apart from music, Bony is studying journalism at University of Rwanda.
