SA’s SCUMIE named Apple Music Rap Life Africa cover star for January

Apple Music has named South African trap artist SCUMIE as its Rap Life Radio: African Edition cover star for January.
The announcement follows the release of her three-track EP Draco on 5 January and further solidifies her place as a force to be reckoned with in the South African trap scene. The announcement is also a testament to her growing influence in the music industry. Notably, her track ‘Shots’ has claimed the No 1 position on the Rap Life playlist.
As SCUMIE continues to captivate audiences with her distinctive sound and artistic prowess, the spotlight on her promising career continues to intensify. In 2023, she dedicated her efforts to solidifying her online presence and pushing the boundaries of her musical experimentation.
