Nigerian rapper Shallipopi releases 22-track album AURACLE

The album includes a mix of solo tracks and features from artists such as Gunna, Swae Lee, Burna Boy, Pa Salieu, Ruger, Young Jonn, Keblack and Rauw Alejandro. Among the previously released songs on the record are ‘Laho’, ‘Na So’ and ‘Him’ featuring Gunna. The two bonus tracks, ‘Laho II’ featuring Burna Boy and ‘Laho III’ featuring Rauw Alejandro, close the project.

Shallipopi, who is from Benin City in southern Nigeria, has gained wider recognition in recent years following the success of songs such as ‘Elon Musk’ and ‘Cast’, as well as his debut album ‘Planet Pluto’. His work blends elements of Afrobeats with other global influences, a style that has contributed to growing audiences beyond the African continent.

In the past year, the artist has been associated with hundreds of millions of streams across platforms. He has also made appearances on international stages, including performances at venues such as London’s O2 Arena and Electric Brixton, and has been featured by a range of music and culture publications.
