Terms and conditions

• Discount level: Discount is applicable for economy fares (from M-class upwards) and business fares (from D-class upwards) in the system.
• The discount applies from network to Kigali.
• Sales period: Immediate to 16 November 2024.
• Travel period: 1 November to 30 November 2024.
• Advance purchase restriction: N/A.
• Mode of sales: All WB offices, website and mobile app.
• No-show is $150 (waived if cancelled at least 24 hours before flight).
• Date change/reissue fee is $100. Fare difference shall apply.
• Refund before departure: $150.
• Refund after departure: Non-refundable.
• Reissue: No manual reissue on this promotion is permitted across all of RwandAir’s network stations/offices. Use ATC reissue only and charge all fees displayed in the system.
• Procedure: Passenger inserts the promo code in the website at the point of booking and the code discounts the current selling fare by 15%.
• Discount code applies to base fare only. Taxes/fees/charges (TFCs) are not discountable.
• This promotion is not available for groups.

When registering online for ACCES, all delegates are provided with an official visa letter, sent together with the automatic confirmation email, which they can use as part of their visa application.

- Citizens of all countries are allowed to get visa upon arrival without prior application.

- Citizens of country members to the African Union, Commonwealth and La Francophonie can get free visas upon arrival in Rwanda for a visit of 30 days.

- A citizen of East African Community Member States can receive a pass/entry visa free of charge upon arrival for a six-month stay in Rwanda.

- Visitors from the following countries can be granted 90-day visas at no cost upon arrival in Rwanda: Angola, Benin, Central African Republic, Chad, Cote d’Ivoire, The Federation of Saint Christopher and Nevis, Ghana, Guinea, Indonesia, Haiti, Mauritius, Philippines, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Sao Tome and Principe, Singapore and the State of Qatar.

- Citizens of countries that are not visa exempt have an option of applying online or at the Rwanda Diplomatic Mission of the country of residence before departure. Those applying online have the option to pay online or upon arrival. 

- The visa fees must not exceed 50 USD for single entry visa or 70 USD for multiple entry.
