B.R. Olórin, formerly known as Dr Rhymes, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and guitarist renowned for his unique blend of core African folk and Western pop sounds, which resonates with listeners worldwide. His music is an intimate reflection of himself, as he believes true art should ideally reflect both the character and background of the artist.
To enhance his craft, B.R. Olórin studied Music Business under the Music Business for Africa Programme. Prior to his recent comeback, he had released several singles, including the popular 'Èròyà Jájayò' under his former moniker, Dr Rhymes. As a skilled guitarist, he has collaborated with various music bands and contributed to numerous music projects for fellow musicians.
After an eight-year hiatus, B.R. Olórin has made a triumphant return to the music scene with his 5-track EP, "Lágijù," now available across music platforms.
