Fancy Gadam
Bio
Fancy Gadam is a Ghanaian artiste born in Hausa Zongo Tamale in 1988. Born Mujahid Ahmed Bello, he hails from the Northern Part of Ghana.
His influences include Davido, Banky W and Wizkid. He has released three official albums, ‘Kalipo’, ‘Ashili’ and ‘Nawuni Yiko’, and has become arguably the biggest artist in the northern region of Ghana. After several concerts in his region, he decided to play the capital Accra, and sold out the National Theatre. In 2017, he sold out the Bukom Boxing Arena venue.
He won New Artist at the 2016 BASS Awards. Same year he was named Vodafone Ghana Music Awards’ New Artist of the Year. He has been named New Face of Zongo by the ministry of Tourism and National Commission on Culture.
