Judith Sephuma

Judith Sephuma is a renowned South African jazz and Afro-pop singer who grew up in Polokwane. She later moved to Cape Town in 1994 to study as a jazz vocalist. In 1997, she graduated at the University of Cape Town with a Performer's Diploma in Jazz and further pursued her studies. In 1999, she won the Best Jazz Vocalist category at the Old Mutual Jazz Into The Future competition and signed with the African division of BMG.

Her debut album 'A Cry, A Smile, A Dance' was a success. Her other albums include 'Change is Here', 'I am a Living Testimony', 'A Legacy Live in Concert' (CD & DVD) and her debut gospel album titled 'The Experience LIVE in Concert' (CD & DVD). In 2015, she released her new album 'One Word' which she describes as Afro-Funk jazz. Judith is recorded and marketed through her independent record label,Lalomba Music.
