Linda Dlamini

Linda Dlamini is a gospel artist from Manzini, Swaziland. Growing up in the harsh streets of Ka-Khoza in Manzini, Linda knew that he wanted to be something better. He grew up in a community where some of his close friends became drugs addicts but was determined not to be lured into such illegal activities. His passion for music began when he was in Grade seven. This ultimately drew him to the school choir and saw him doing solo performances during school morning assemblies. He carried on performing until completing high school.

Thereafter, he enrolled to study music at Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT).
Inspired with all the knowledge he had gained, he felt confident to venture into the studio to record his debut album titled ‘Bothi Socedile Sathane’ in January, which was later released in March. The album earned him a ‘Best Newcomer’ nomination at the country's Gospel Music Awards.

Not only is he a music artist, he is also a community builder and a motivational speaker. His involvement in the school’s public speaking activities helped him communicate well.
