Call for submissions: Ghana National Gospel Music Awards 2022
The organisers of the annual Ghana National Gospel Music Awards (GNGMAs) have opened nominations ahead of this year’s edition scheduled for August.
Now in their fifth year, the GNGMAs were established by Global Expert Recovery to honour outstanding musical accomplishments in the Ghanaian gospel scene and the diaspora.
To be eligible, submitted works must have been released between 1 December 2020 and 30 March 2022.
Artists or their representatives can file submissions by visiting the official GNGMAs website.
The submission deadline is 30 June.
At the 2021 edition, Diana Hamilton won the coveted Gospel Artist of the Year Award, beating off competition from Nacee, MOG, Akesse Brempong, Empress Gifty and Celestine Donkor.
