The organisers of the Urban Music People (UMP) announced winners of the 2017 edition event on Saturday night in Lilongwe, Malawi.
Fredokiss and Gwamba were the biggest winners with three awards each. Best known as the Ghetto King Kong, Fredokiss won the Best Live Artist, Best Rap & Hip Hop and Artist of the Year categories while Gwamba scooped the Best Gospel of the Year, Best Album of the Year and Best Collaboration of the Year awards.
