Ghana: TiTi Owusu shares new single Make Me Believe
Ghanaian singer TiTi Owusu has released a new single titled ‘Make Me Believe (Nana)’. The song is available for streaming and download across all major digital platforms.
Co-written by TiTi Owusu and Jayso, the record draws inspiration from the traditional ‘Adowa’ music of the Ashanti people in Ghana, incorporating elements of highlife and contemporary pop.
The song is a testament to the artist’s commitment to delivering heartfelt and relatable music as she explores the concepts of hope and resilience. TiTi Owusu says she expects to inspire others to hold on to that belief and find solace in the power of love.
“Despite everything I’ve been through, no matter how many times my heart gets broken, I’ll always give love a chance,” she said. “This personal message emanates from every note, inviting audiences to join her on a journey of healing and optimism.”
‘Make Me Believe (Nana)’ arrives on the heels of another love-themed record ‘Odo Ntia’, which was published months ago.
Signed to the UK-based independent label and talent management company Skillions Global, TiTi Owusu’s sound experiments with R&B, hip hop, Afro-pop, lovers rock, highlife, and more, and names Beyoncé, Celine Dion, Nina Simone, Etta James, Asa and J Cole among her musical influences.
She made her debut in 2019 with the women empowerment anthem ‘Karma’, following it up with records like the Moelogo-assisted ‘Pray for Me’.
