With a career spanning over 25 years, Nick Ghelakis has undergone a remarkable evolution from his roots as an artist to his current role as Country Manager of Virgin Music South Africa. Beginning as a bookkeeper, he transitioned into the dynamic role of Digital Manager at Electromode, where he honed his skills and gained comprehensive knowledge of the music industry.

His journey has been marked by a commitment to realising his late father's dream – orchestrating a South African track to achieve No. 1 status on either the US or UK charts. This vision drives his passion for the industry, propelling him to contribute significantly to its evolution.
