Blacksoul Siziba is a Rapper, Musician & entrepreneur who has been on his musical journey since 2011 and has displayed significant growth over the years. Sinekhaya Siziba, better known as Blacksoul Siziba was born on the 4th of October 1996 in Umzimkhulu Kwazulu-Natal. He later moved to Umlazi in durban together with members of his family in 2009. After embarking on his first ever media campaign in 2017, which saw him gain interviews and airplay on different radio stations around the country, Blacksoul Siziba landed his first major performance at the iconic Zone 6 venue in Soweto alongside some of the country’s A-listers. In 2020 Blacksoul Siziba released 50K, which went on to debut on Gagasi Fm's Hip Hop top ten charts. He recently competed in Gagasi Fm's #GibeliBeat competition, which attracts artists and listeners from across KZN. Blacksoul Siziba ended up dominating the competition for 7 weeks in a row, knocking out 6 different competitors.
Artistic Style:
Blacksoul Siziba started off as a Kwaito artist at the age of 14, as this was the popular influence
in his township at the time, drawing inspiration from artists such as Big Nuz and
Professor. He later rediscovered himself as a Hip-Hop artist and soon set out on
his journey towards achieving his Rap dream. Blacksoul Siziba defines his music
as the soundtrack to his life, fusing elements of different genres in order to tell his
life story. Blacksoul Siziba's sound is a fusion of hard-knocking Trap beats, melodic
Rap flows, storytelling and strong, confident delivery of Rap Bars. Blacksoul Siziba is known for
his love for fashion as well as being the pioneer of the 50K Gang Movement.
