3Music Awards Ghana 2019: Full list of winners

The event saw Shatta Wale sweep through, wth the 'Gringo' singer winning awards in eight categories, including Music Video of the Year and Male Act of the Year. 'Gringo' was named Viral Song of the Year and its video won in the Best Music Video category.

Other winners include King Promise, whose 'CCTV' won Hiplife Song of the Year and DJ Vyrusky was named DJ of the Year. Although the list of winners is heavily male, women do make an appearance: Adina was named Best Female Act of the Year and Wendy Shay emerged the Breakthrough Act of the Year.
