Boyz II Men announce SA tour dates for May 2026

The Grammy-winning trio will perform on 27 May at the Grand Arena, GrandWest in Cape Town, followed by shows on 29 and 30 May at the SunBet Arena, Time Square, Pretoria. The concerts are expected to feature a selection of the group’s most iconic hits, including ‘End of the Road’, ‘I’ll Make Love to You’, ‘On Bended Knee’, and ‘Motownphilly’.

“We are looking forward to reconnecting with our South African fans,” Boyz II Men founding member Nathan Morris said. “South Africa has always shown us incredible love, and we cannot wait to return and perform. There is something truly special about the energy and passion of South African audiences, and we look forward to creating memorable nights filled with great music and connection.”

The tour is being organised by Remoakantse Holdings, a company that has previously hosted international performers in South Africa. Remoakantse Holdings managing director Thabiso “DJ Skeelo” Mogashwa, said the event is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to bring premium entertainment to local audiences. “Bringing Boyz II Men to South Africa is a significant milestone for us. Local audiences appreciate authentic, world-class music, and this tour is about creating memorable moments while continuing to position the country as a destination for international live entertainment,” he said.

Formed in Philadelphia in 1988, Boyz II Men rose to prominence in the early 1990s with their blend of soulful ballads and new jack swing. The group has sold more than 60 million albums worldwide and has received numerous accolades, including four Grammy Awards, nine American Music Awards, and multiple Billboard Music Awards. Their single ‘End of the Road’ held the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for 13 consecutive weeks, setting a record at the time.
