Call for applications: COVID-19 relief fund for artists in Tunisia
28 Apr 2020 - 08:31
NPO Follow Your Art is inviting artists whose activities were cancelled due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis to apply for its relief fund.
The newly launched funding campaign seeks to support artists hit by the COVID-19 measures in Tunisia, Belgium and Italy. As soon as the first call has been successfully closed, a new call will be launched in three different countries.
Eligibility
- The beneficiary must provide proof of the events he or she cancelled during the crisis caused by the coronavirus.
- Applications will be assessed in the order received.
Disbursement of funds
Depending on the collection that Follow Your Art will make from donors and benefactors, five artists/cultural professionals will receive support, progressively, until a total of 50 people are supported.
Artists will be able to follow the evolution of the funds collected in real time. As soon as the objective is reached, the grants will be distributed to the PayPal or bank accounts of the designated beneficiaries.
How to apply?
There is no application deadline.
Interested artists can view the original call and submit their applications here.
Applications will be analysed on a first-come, first-served basis, taking into account the urgency of the applicant's needs.
