CFW collects, organises and disseminates funding opportunities while offering customised resources. It seeks to build the long-term sustainability of cultural actors and organisations, as well as promote the establishment of evidence-based advocacy towards sustainable, transparent and responsible art funding.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the project is running smoothly on time and on budget.
• Creating a project schedule, with milestones, due dates and estimates and sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams.
• Tracking and analysing projects’ performance, expenditures, procurement and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows and deficits.
• Being a point of contact for various working groups.
• Ensuring resources and equipment are always available.
• Thorough project documentation.
• Creating and reviewing summary reports.
• Performing various clerical tasks as needed.
• Compiling and producing quality reports.

The ideal candidate should:

• Be a detail-oriented person.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be self-driven.
• Have strong knowledge and passion for the art and the creative sector
• Knowledge of related CCI concept
• Work autonomously, making decisions without too much managerial oversight.
• Have at least one year of working experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role.
