Uganda's Galaxy FM is calling on the public to nominate artists for the 2021 Zzina Awards ahead of the event in Kansanga, Kampala, on 30 April.
The annual awards ceremony recognises local talent in the country's music industry.
The public has until 1 April to nominate their favourite artists and songs, which were released last year. Nominations can be submitted via Galaxy FM’s Facebook page here, and final voting will be done via its official website.
Last year, the event was held virtually due to the COVID-19 restrictions on public events. Ugandan singer Eddy Kenzo emerged as the biggest winner with three awards, while the top female singer was Cindy, who won in two categories.
