Call for SA submissions: Primavera Sound music festival Spain

To apply, interested applicants should complete or download an application form on the IMEXSA website.

Completed forms, together with all the required documents, can be submitted via email to [email protected]. The closing date for applications is 31 October.

Requirements

• A completed emerging exporter application form.
• BEE certificate or signed sworn affidavit.
• Proof of registration of the entity if it is a CC or (Pty) Ltd or a copy of ID in case of a sole proprietor.
• All entrepreneurs should be in operation for more than 12 months.
• A full visible colour product brochure, CD ROM, photographs, or pictures of the products to be exhibited.
• Audited financial statements or bank statements for the last three months.
• Copy of a valid passport of the proposed traveller.
• Original valid tax clearance certificate.
• Company profile: Brief profile of the entity should accompany all applications of the individual participants. The profile should include the following details: name of the entity, contact details and physical address.
• Motivational letter indicating how you are going to secure deals during this event.
• For music samples, applicants should include online links to their artist’s music.

Successful applicants will be required to pay a commitment fee of about R2 000. They will also need to pay for their VISA applications and insurance. Flights, accommodation, exhibition costs and conference registrations will be paid for the successful applicants.
