Egypt: TUL8TE expands Sadeek El Bernameg with Elyanna collaboration ‘Haneish’

Released through MDLBEAST Records, the visualiser extends the narrative established on the 10-track album, which draws inspiration from the late-night relationship radio programmes of Egyptian broadcaster Oussama Mounir.

Sadeek El Bernameg follows a fictional protagonist known as the ‘Friend of the Show’ as he seeks advice after losing a relationship. Through songs and spoken interludes, the album explores heartbreak, miscommunication, forgiveness and emotional growth, ultimately questioning whether love can survive without effective communication.

‘Haneish’, a duet with Elyanna, is one of the album's central tracks and combines Egyptian pop with contemporary R&B influences and modern production. Other songs on the project include ‘Men Gheir Kalam’, ‘Enta Habeeby’, ‘Garee2a Awy’ and ‘Kobtan’.

‘Garee2a Awy’ recently became TUL8TE’s first No. 1 on the Billboard Arabia Hot 100. The song followed his performance on the COLORS platform, which has accumulated more than 10 million views on YouTube.

Since emerging in 2023, TUL8TE has accumulated more than 800 million streams across platforms and received a Billboard Arabia Music Award. He was also included in Rolling Stone’s Future 25 and recognised by GRAMMY.com as a global ambassador for Egyptian pop.

His previous album, Narein, surpassed 300 million streams, while songs including ‘Habeeby Leh’, ‘Ma Tegy Ady Aleek’ and ‘El Hob Gany’ have contributed to his growing international audience. ‘El Hob Gany’ also appeared on Spotify’s Viral 50 Global chart.

With Sadeek El Bernameg, TUL8TE continues to combine music, visual storytelling and Egyptian cultural references. The album's radio-show concept provides a framework for exploring contemporary relationships while positioning Egyptian pop within a broader international context.
