Register as a delegate for XXXX pan-African event

XXXX is organised by Reeperbahn Festival – Germany’s largest music platform based in Hamburg, in partnership with the Music In Africa Foundation and supported by the Federal Foreign Office of Germany.

The four-day event will primarily take place via the Reeperbahn Festival virtual conference platform here.

Delegates will have access to the complete exclusive programme curated by the MIAF.

The programme will feature the following:

• A hybrid showcase experience with European and African artists.
• Networking sessions.
• Panel discussions.
• Keynote addresses.
• Digital visits to key African music companies
• Matchmaking sessions.

Music professionals in the following sectors within the music industry should register:

• Label.
• Publishing.
• Distribution.
• Management.
• Marketing/promotion.
• Booking/live
• Related digital/creative business field.

Note: Small and medium-sized companies are particularly encouraged to participate, but other industry players are not excluded.

This collaboration is a continuation of a reciprocal partnership between the MIAF and Reeperbahn Festival International, which saw the German organisation participating at the MIAF’s ACCES music conference in Accra, Ghana, in 2019. The partnership seeks to:

• Facilitate sustainable business engagements and exchange between European and African music businesses and professionals.
• Provide performance opportunities to musicians in both territories.

“The digital/hybrid Pan-Africa event, in cooperation with Music In Africa Foundation, aims to connect with music industry markets from Lagos to Joburg, just like its partner event, ACCES,” Reeperbahn Festival International project lead Evelyn Sieber said.
