Born in KwaMashu, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, Just Bheki has built a multi-faceted career as a vocalist, composer, and award-winning dancer. He previously signed with the influential label Skhanda World, founded by K.O, and has since pursued independent projects, emphasising consistency and authenticity.
Bheki has collaborated with several prominent South African artists and producers, including Sun El Musician, Da Musiqal Chef, K.O, Tear Gas, Azana, Citizen Deep, Sha Sha, N’veigh, De Mthuda, Zakwe, Gigi Lamayne, and Duncan. His contributions across these projects range from soulful hooks and layered harmonies to lead vocals noted for emotional resonance.
‘Emanonini’ has accumulated over 400 000 streams on Spotify, 425 000 views on YouTube, and has gained viral traction on TikTok. Industry observers note that Bheki’s vocal performance, both smooth and powerful, has contributed to the track’s popularity, positioning it as one of the standout songs of the season.
