Malawian Multi award winning video Director has revealed his dreams to put Malawian Music on the Map. Malawian Music has been on international media Black out for over 7 years and the 25 year old director promises more to the efforts of resurrecting sounds from Malawi on international Television stations.
Recently Malawian Music videos have joined the rest of African countries to viewing on different platforms like Trace tv, Channel O , Vuzu and Mtv base.
When speaking in an interview Director Sukez says Africa and the world should prepare for a shoker, "for the past years our music Videos were being denied, so we have been working on perfecting it and now it's time for Africa to see that there's also an industry in malawi", said Sukez.
Adding on what have boosted the buzz in Malawi's Music Industry the celebrated Director Sukez Revealed that there's more competition among Directors hence everyone wants to be the best. "Competition is good, Very good. Now we have more video directors this has added the hype to our music and it's not surprising now the music is maturing and enjoying airplay on international platforms.
Gift Sukali popularly known as ‘Sukez’ is a malawian award winning video producer/director, young entrepreneur in early 20’s and is the founder of HD Plus Creations company, a Malawian-based video production, advertising agency and graphic designing company that specializes in producing videos, graphics and audio content for individuals and corporations.
Sukez has been ranked as one of Malawi’s best video producers/directors for the production of his solo work in videos, such as Gwamba “Alleluyah feat. Emm Q”, Purple C “Hot Lika Sun” and Amplified Movement ft. Jonathan, Classick, Faith Mussa ; Sangie “Do More” just to name a few.
He also had works shooting videos for some of Buffalo Souljah’s songs when the Zimbabwean artist came to Malawi.
