Mnqobi Yazo

Mnqobi Yazo has been in the music industry for a while and has multiple successful releases under his belt.

He rose to prominence and dominated the airwaves where he featured on a song with Aewon Wolf tilted 'Bambelela'. This was followed with a ebut hit single titled '247' off the critically acclaimed 'Iscephu EP'. Mnqobi Yazo has amassed over 1 million cumulative streams with his debut EP 'Iscephu', which was independently released. He later released two singles 'iGolide' and 'Sabela'.

Mnqobi Yazo has performed all over the country. In November last year, Mnqobi Yazo dropped his debut album titled 'Impi' under a deal with Mabala Noise.

Mnqobi Yazo’s brand is proudly African and his music is also rooted in traditional Zulu music with a modern twist. His unique vocal tone has become a favourite feature for the country’s leading musicians such as the legendary Shwi Nomtekhala, Big Zulu, Nathi and many others.
