Ultra South Africa is here
Ultra Music Festival, an annual outdoor electronic music event, is returning to South Africa. The much talked about event will be held at the Cape Town Stadium on 24 February and the Johannesburg event will be at its lifelong home, the Nasrec Expo Centre on 25 February, offering the same earth-shaking music experience that it has every year.
As South Africa’s biggest electronic music festival, the event will feature an array of local artists such as Black Coffee, DJ Fresh, Euphonik, Vigilante, DJ Dimplez, Ricardo da Costa and many others. More local artists will be announced in February.
The festival is also bringing 35 international artists from around the world to perform, namely David Guetta (France), Felix Jaehn (Germany) Dash Berlin (Netherlands), KSHMR (US), Martin Garrix (Netherlands), DJ Snake (France) and many others.
Ultra South Africa has built a name that, like the global brand, is synonymous with the world best DJs, and the hottest destination venues, coupled with the most advanced sound and lighting production SA has ever seen. The event has continued to raise the festival bar every year.
Founded in 1997 in Miami, Ultra Music Festival represents one of the world’s biggest independent electronic music festival brands, with an international presence, having united twenty countries across five different continents. Executive Producer, President and CEO, Russell Faibisch founded it. He began by producing electronic music events that led to the inaugural Ultra Music Festival in 1999 on the sands of Miami Beach.
Ultra SA Tickets are available on sale on the Ultra festival website.
