Vaughn Prangley

Vaughn Prangley is a rock musician from South Africa.

Prangley has self-styled his career with a string of well received singles and an EP titled Where it Begins, which secured him a spot as a finalist at the 2021 edition of Unsigned Only Music Competition in the US.

He started classical music training when he was nine years old and wrote his first song at the age of 13. He dropped his first single ‘Oasis’ in 2020, which was followed by ‘Green Eyes’. ‘Oasis’ reached No 1 on Mix FM’s SA Top 40 in February last year.

In 2022, he released a debut album titled Destination Unknown. The 10-track offering is available for download and streaming on all major digital service providers. It features local singer-songwriter Howie Combrink on the 10th track titled ‘Beside You’. Combrink also produced, engineered and mixed the album, which is entirely written by Prangley.
