Legendury Beatz

Legendury is production siblings Uzezi and Okiemute Oniko. The brothers were born in 1986 and 1989 respectively. Their plan was to create a song for a particular artist and then contact the artist via ‘chance’ meetings in clubs, awards and such industry events. This largely failed until rapper Weird MC got the duo to produce a couple of songs in 2009.

Subsequently, Legendury Beatz produced Brymo’s ‘Ara’ (2011) and Mo’Cheddah’s ‘Ko Ma Roll’. By 2012, they had sufficient reach to produce ‘Baddest Boy’ the first single from the EME collective compilation album ‘Empire Mates State of Mind’.

The duo have recorded a number of hits: Wizkid’s ‘Ojuelegba’ and ‘Azonto’; Chidinma’s ‘Emi Ni Baller’; Reminisce’s 2Mussh; Wizkid/LAX’s Caro; Sound Sultan’s Kokose. Legendury Beatz have released their first single ‘Oje’ (2015).
