Selebobo (real name Oku Udoka Chidozie) is a Nigeria producer and performer. Born to musician father Goddy Oku, his dalliance with music came quite early. As an undergraduate studying Fine Arts in Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Anambra in Southeast Nigeria, he recorded the song ‘Yoyo’ and then remixed it with J. Martins, spawning a hit. In 2013 he moved to Lagos from Enugu state.
Also a rapper and singer, he produced Flavour’s ‘Ada’ and Yemi Alade’s ‘Johnny’ among others. in 2014, he signed with Made Men Music Group, a label co-owned by the singer Iyanya. The signed artists on the label released a compilation album, along with singing on some songs, Selebobo also received production credit.
